All completed questionnaires will be entered into a prize draw to WIN A FREE HOLIDAY*. To participate please fill in the form below, it should only take approximately 5 minutes.

*The prize draw will take place during the first week of January 2023 and the winning entrant will be contacted by email. The prize is for a 3 or 4-night, self-catering short break stay in one of our superb 6-berth leisure lodges, and is valid for up to 6 people. The free holiday cannot be taken in the school holidays, bank holiday weekends, or special themed breaks. The holiday must be taken within 12 months of notification. The prize is subject to availability, standard terms and conditions apply.
