How can I book my holiday?
There are two ways to book your holiday at Searles Leisure Resort.
Online: Click on the Check Availability link and follow the easy steps through this process. You can go back at any time to check or change your booking during this booking process. Your payment is safe and secure and confirmation of your booking will be sent to you via email.
By Phone: Simply call 01485 534211. Speak to one of our friendly booking team who will be happy to help and advise you on availability and any questions to help you book the perfect holiday for you and your family.

How and when can I pay for my holiday?
Deposits are required at time of booking unless you are booking a January Sale Offer for which full payment is due at time of booking or within 9 weeks of arrival for which full payment is also due.
You can pay for your holiday with a debit or credit card. You can also pay by cheque, made payable to Searles Leisure Resort.

What’s included in my holiday price?
As well as your accommodation, you will also receive a FREE Searles Leisure Pass which gives you FREE access to swimming pools including the Newly Refurbished Indoor Swimming Pool, entertainment, Sidney’s Indoor Play Zone and the Play and Fitness Parks. (Please note newspaper promotions are excluded from the free leisure passes).

Can I bring my pet to the resort?
No pets with the exception of guide dogs are allowed in any accommodation unless specified by prior arrangement in Pet Friendly Homes. Maximum of 2 dogs per pitch/home at any time.

Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to make a group booking we ask that these bookings be made at least 7 days in advance. For more information on our Group Booking Policy please click here.

What are the dining options?
We offer a Half Board or Breakfast Only dining package more information can be found by clicking here.

When is my balance due?
Full balance is due 9 weeks before arrival.

Can I make changes to my booking?
You may change your holiday dates and accommodation within the present year, no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival and is subject to a £40 amendment fee per booking. Subject to availability.

What is the cancellation charge?
Cancellation Policy Cover:
Travel Insurance/Cancellation cover is a vital aspect to booking a holiday, giving you protection against unforeseen circumstances that could otherwise spoil your holiday. We have arranged a scheme with specialists Travel & General Insurance Services Limited who are fully authorised and regulated by the FCA (Company Reference Number 304788) full details of which can be found on the FCA website www.fca.org.uk. Where do I find directions to the resort?
You can visit our directions page for details of where to find us.

What is the earliest time I can arrive at the resort?
We ask that you arrive at the resort no earlier than 2pm.
Your keys for Holiday Homes will be available from 4.30pm. Touring and Camping guests may arrive from 2pm.

What information do I need to check in at reception?
Please have your holiday receipt to show our reception staff, who will then run through your booking details and show you where your accommodation is on the park.

What time will my keys be available?
Please refer to your pre-arrival email/letter for your check in time. This will be the time when your keys will be available for you to collect from Reception.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen and towels?
All holiday homes have bedding provided (Please note this excludes Sun newspaper holidays). Simply bring your towels and tea towels (Please note towels are provided in our Platinum & Gold Lodges and Platinum Cabins).

Are the beds made up?
Beds are only made up for guests staying in a Platinum Lodge, Gold Lodge or Platinum Cabin. For other holiday homes you can have your beds made up ready for your arrival by simply booking Bed Making Extra Package.

Can I use the facilities whilst waiting for my keys?
Yes, you will be given your Leisure Passes when you check-in.

Will travel cots fit in the bedrooms?
Travel cots do not fit into the bedrooms of our holiday homes and will need to stand in the lounge area.

Are there hire facilities?

Can I have a BBQ?
We allow BBQs but only in the designated BBQ areas. If you bring a disposable BBQ, please use it in those areas. Please take particular care when disposing of hot coals or disposable BBQs.

Do I have to pay to use the facilities?
Most facilities are included in the cost of your holiday (with the exception of newspaper promotion bookings) however there may be some activities where an additional charge may be payable.

Where do we have our half-board meals?
Your breakfast will be available in Smokey Jo’s Restaurant. Breakfast is served daily 8.30am – 11.00am. Evening meals are available from Smokey Jo’s Restaurant or The Fountain Sports Bar 5.00pm – 8.45pm.

How do I access Wi-Fi on the resort?
Free Wi-Fi access is available in designated areas and is subject to speed and download restrictions.

What times does the Land Train operate?
The Land Train is available throughout the main season, a full timetable is located outside the Nisa Supermarket on the resort.

Can I book another holiday before I leave?
Yes, please see one of our helpful reception team, who can check availability and make a booking for you.

Can I buy bottled gas on the resort?
Bottled gas is available in various sizes from our on-site Nisa Supermarket.

What is the latest time I can depart?
Departure of our holiday homes is required by 10.00am but after you have checked out you are welcome to park in one of our public car parks and enjoy the facilities until 12 noon.
Touring and Camping guests are requested to depart by 11am.

Can I receive special offers by email?
Simply sign up to receive our special offers by joining our mailing list on our website.

Can I buy day passes?
Unfortunately we do not offer day passes to the resort.

How do we get to the beach?
The beach can be accessed by exiting the resort behind the supermarket where you can then walk up on to the promenade.
