New accommodation at Searles for 2025
Let’s kick off with news about our award winning accommodation, as we’ve added two new units for 2025. The Classic Rio Plus is an updated version of one of our guests’ most favourite units, the Rio. This modern, open plan holiday home is available as a 4- and 6-berth option with some dog-friendly sites available, and with stays starting at just over £300 are a great budget-busting choice for your Hunstanton holiday.
For those looking for a little more space, our new 6-berth Bayview holiday home is super-comfy and spacious with a modern, stylish open plan living area that offers plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. Take a peek and find the perfect accommodation for you here.
Super-fast Wi-Fi at Searles
The weather is brightening, the beach is footsteps away, but we know the first question the kids will ask when you arrive is, ‘What’s the WiFi?’
Well, the good news is that we’ve partnered with Vfast Internet and from February there will be improved WiFi network across the resort – be sure to spend some time exploring our brand new website which is packed with information to help you get the most from your stay. Guests can also purchase a WiFi package to use in their caravan or lodge. Pop it on your booking so everyone can surf, even if the tide is out.
Food, glorious food – new dining at Searles Leisure Resort
Holidays and indulgent treats go hand in hand, and we’ve made some exciting changes to Searles’ food and drink options for 2025.
The Fountain Sports Bar & Restaurant, which sits alongside Searles Golf Course and fishing lake, has had a makeover. Reopening in February with our ever-popular traditional British menu, where better to relax, unwind and enjoy a delicious meal with the family, including your pampered pooch, overlooking the country park.
Meanwhile, Smokey Jo’s Restaurant and The Lounge Bar are joining forces to become Amber’s Bar and Grill, a fantastic new spot to enjoy a relaxed meal from April. The new restaurant has been named in honour of Searles’ former managing director Richard and his wife Linda’s beloved family dog.
Along with these superb updates, The Beach Hut in La Piazza is still the go-to spot for a Costa coffee or refreshing beverage with wine and draught beer available on tap.
It’s child’s play! Kids’ fun at Searles
Searles’ family-friendly site is about to get even more fun for little ones with some exciting updates, additions and events taking place in 2025.
First up, our Soft Play Zone is getting a makeover with new additions including a thrilling new Cargo Net Skywalk, which is perfect for little adventurers to run off excess energy! The play area is also moving to a more central location in La Piazza, which makes it even easier for grown-ups to keep a watchful eye as the kids play indoors, while enjoying a bite to eat and drink.
We’re revamping the tennis courts into a new, Multi-Use Games Area this year, with space to play football, basketball, tennis, netball, non-contact rugby, hockey, volleyball, badminton and handball. And if your little ones love being active, our new Searles Sports Academy should definitely be on your radar. Launching in April, our instructors will be leading sessions daily with a variety of sociable sports and activities to keep them off those pesky screens and enjoying plenty of healthy, fun physical activity.
Let us entertain you! 2025 entertainment at Searles
We’ve got plenty of great entertainment coming this year and the team are adding some new shows and entertainers to join old favourites such as our House of Scouse, Rubik’s and Supremely Jersey evenings, which are always popular!
An early one for your diary and not to be missed is a Murder Mystery Dinner with Sherlock Holmes taking place at our site hotel, Heacham Manor on 1 March. England’s finest super sleuth will lead proceedings which will see some diners selected for character roles, others as victims and of course everyone else trying to figure whodunnit? Great fun and a brilliant evening, be sure to book a table to join us!
Dog-friendly Searles, Hunstanton
Now, we all know that the family pooch is usually top dog and we want to ensure they have a great holiday at Searles too. With plenty of dog-friendly accommodation, sandy paws are always welcome we’ve now added a new dog shower to provide a spa-like experience and keep waggy tails happy, particularly after a long day at the beach.
