Over the past few years, we have developed excellent knowledge of what people require for their conferences and meetings. Organisations return to our Norfolk function rooms facilities year after year for one, two or three day conferences.

We have a selection of function venues to cater from an intimate team meeting of 5, to a medium sized conference suite, capable of accommodating 150 delegates seated, plus a large conference venue for up to 500 delegates - perfect for trade shows and exhibitions.

1 day conferences: 5-500 delegates with full catering available.
2/3 day conferences: 5-500 delegates with full catering and accommodation. 

Thanks to the wide variety of venues available at Searles, all conferences are flexible in terms of seating arrangements, number of delegates and the individual demands of your company.

All rooms have a full range of presentation equipment and are air conditioned. We provide tea and coffee on arrival, as well as refreshments, buffet or sit down lunches as required throughout the day. 

All conference delegates and event participants staying with us have complimentary use of leisure facilities and reduced green fees on our golf course.

The Sundowners - Large Venue

The Sundowners is the largest of our venues, suitable for conferences or meetings - it is ideal for large presentations, shows or displays, capable of seating 500 people (theatre style). This fully equipped venue is popular for trade shows and company AGM's. Theatre style, the Sundowners includes a stage with PA system as well as a bar for easy access to refreshments during your event.

The Lounge Bar - Medium Venue

The Lounge Bar is ideal for medium sized conferences, capable of seating 150 theatre style, it has the space and flexibility to cater for most types of seating arrangements. With easy access to the bar and restaurant, The Lounge Bar is also ideal for dinner breaks and evening meals. The Lounge Bar is very popular and is often booked year after year by many local companies for their annual meetings and trade presentations. 

The Fountain Sport Bar - Small Venue

For a more relaxed conference or meeting prior to an afternoon of leisure activities, the country club provides panoramic views of the golf course, bowls green and marshes. Rooms are also available for break out sessions. This delightful venue can cater for up to 60 people in a sit down meal or up to 80 people for a buffet.
