Monday to Saturday - 7am to 9am (Over 18's only). Please use the Winter Entrance.

Whether you want to improve your well-being, build strength, or elevate your fitness our gym can provide you with all the equipment you need to achieve your goals. Our friendly leisure staff are available to assist you with any of the equipment and can offer a gym induction if you require one.

Each member can bring up to 6 guests, £3 per adult and £2 per child for the swimming pools or you can add children onto memberships for the swimming pools for an additional cost of £10 per child, per month.

"Please Note: We are unable to offer new swim monthly memberships for the months of July and August, however; we are able to offer the 6 month or annual swim memberships throughout the year"

Free parking is available to all guests.

*Gym Age Restrictions:

- 12-13 year olds can use the gym with constant adult supervision( 16+) They must have a waiver filled in by a parent or guardian, have had an induction and are only allowed to use CV machines.

- 14-15 year olds can use the gym with constant adult supervision (16+). They must have a waiver filled in by a parent or guardian, have had an induction and can only use CV machine and mechanical weights, NO free weights.

- 16-17 year olds can use the gym on their own but must have a waiver filled in by a parent or guardian (16+) and must have had an induction.

- 18+ can use the gym and can choose whether they have an induction or not.
