Searles Leisure Resort wins a Highly Commended Award at the 2015 Visit England Awards for Excellence
Searles Leisure Resort has won a Highly Commended Award in the Holiday Park / Holiday Village category at the prestigious Visit England Awards for Excellence 2015 Ceremony.
A Highly Commended Award is a considerable achievement and recognises Excellence in Tourism in England. Searles were presented with their Highly Commended Award at a glittering Awards Ceremony which was held on 11 May 2015 at The Sage, Gateshead.
Commenting on the Award James Berresford, Visit England’s Chief Executive said "It is a great achievement to win a Highly Commended Award in a field of very high quality applications. The Award places Searles in the top five businesses for excellence in their category in England. I warmly congratulate them on this achievement."
Searles received their award from Penelope Viscountess Cobham, Chair of Visit England.
This latest accolade for Searles comes after winning Best Holiday Park in Norfolk at the EDP/ VisitNorfolk Awards last November. Speaking on behalf of Searles, Managing Director Paul Searle said "We’re incredibly proud to represent one of the top five holiday parks in England. Holidaying at Searles or purchasing a holiday home in our country park means guests and owners will be spending their leisure time at one of England’s finest and most desirable holiday locations, which has always been our goal".
