  Security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day. They can be contacted on the above phone number 24/7 and are based in reception daytime and throughout the night. The park is patrolled through the night in order to provide you with a safe holiday environment. Please co-operate with security staff at all times.

• NHS Direct

  If you require any non-emergency medical attention or emergency dental attention, please contact "111" who will be able to assist with medical advice and refer to resources in the local area. If you are experiencing an emergency medical episode please call "999".

• Hospital

  The nearest hospital with an accident and emergency department is at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Kings Lynn. To get to the hospital take the A149 to Kings Lynn. The hospital is situated to the right of the fourth roundabout.

• Emergencies

  In an emergency please contact reception during the day or security throughout the night. If you call an ambulance it would help you and us if you inform reception, who will arrange for a member of staff to meet the ambulance at the entrance of the park and lead the way to the patient. There are trained First Aiders on park who can deal with emergency first aid. In an emergency contact any member of staff who can assist you. A defibrillator is located at main reception.

• Fire

  If you see a fire please dial 999 immediately. Please alert security or a member of staff. Tel: 07831 234856. Fire Extinguishers and fire buckets (painted red) are provided throughout the resort. Please take note of your surroundings and exit routes should a fire occur. Please take care in situations where there is a danger of fire.

Lounge Heating Electric Fire / Gas Fire

Electric Fire: To turn on the fire please make sure that the spur switch on the wall near the appliance is on, then use the switch on the front or side of the fire to turn on the appliance.

Gas Fire: To ignite the fire, push and hold the knob and turn clockwise, on the knob will be number 1 – 5, with 5 being max heat output.

Central Heating

If you require heating within your holiday home, please use the room thermostat that can be found either in the hall, lounge, or in the main bedroom. The room thermostat will cut off when the desired temperature is met. Leaving internal doors open will maximise consistent temperature throughout your holiday home.

Gas Grill & Oven

Grill: To use the grill push and hold in the grill dial until the grill is on. Oven: To use the oven push and hold the oven dial displayed on the appliance. There are two types of ignition, a switch on the appliance or an automatic ignition
on the grill/oven dial.

Electric Grill & Oven

Please make sure the cooker switch is on at the wall. Then use the dial that displays Grill or Oven on the display panel on the appliance.
